What
size is the clothing in the baby gifts?
It often takes some
gift recipients a while to "unravel" their gift, so we use clothing
generously sized at 000 to fit a baby 3 months of age. Our socks
are
designed to fit 0-6 month old babies.
Are the garments in the baby
bouquets cotton?
Our clothing is 100% cotton and
made exclusively for us. Our socks are 99% cotton, 1% spandex.
When will my baby gift be delivered?
Delivery times of our baby gift
bouquets and nappy cakes vary, depending on
the location. Click

What happens if nobody is at home
at the time of delivery?
You will be asked at the checkout
whether you give authority to leave the gift. If you do, our courier
will leave the gift at the delivery premises without obtaining a
"proof of delivery"
signature. Babycupcakes does not accept
responsibility for the theft of gifts left unattended where you have
given us authority to leave. If you do not give us authority to leave
the gift, a calling
card will be left with alternative
delivery arrangements on it.
Do
you deliver baby bouquets and nappy cakes to hospitals?
Yes, we do. However
please bear in mind that modern mothers can often have a very brief
stay in hospital after the delivery of the baby. Please read our delivery
timeframes to ensure that the recipient will be still in hospital
on the anticipated date of delivery. Please also provide us
with the mother's name (not the baby's!) and a room number where
possible. Many hospitals do
not allow couriers onto the wards, and therefore your gift will be
delivered to the central delivery
point identified by the particular hospital (ie reception, nurses
station, delivery dock etc.)
The recipient has already left the
hospital, what can I do?
If the gift
is still in transit,
we will be able to contact the courier, intercept delivery and arrange
for a re-direction of the
parcel. This will incur an additional delivery fee that will be passed
on to you,
and re-directions
can take up to three
business days.
If
the
gift has already been delivered to the
Central Delivery Point at the Hospital, and signed for by a member of
staff
there, we regret that the matter is out of our control. We are no
longer in
possession of the gift, and you will need to contact the hospital
directly to arrange for it to be forwarded to the recipient.
What is your substitution policy?
Due
to unforeseen circumstances, there may be occasions
where a particular product or coloured item is not
available
from our suppliers. In these cases, Babycupcakes
reserves the right to make substitutions of products with equal or
greater
value. Photos
depicted are a guideline only. Please note that designs and
colours may vary depending on the season and will often look different
on
different computers.
Can
I change my order?
Please phone
us on 1300 85 1309 to make any alterations to your order. Please quote
the Order Number and your surname to ensure we alter the correct
order. If it is outside our business hours please leave a
message and/or email us at info@babycupcakes.com . As we have a very efficient
dispatch service, gifts can sometimes
be dispatched within half an hour of placing the order. Whilst we
will make every effort to change your order, our ability to do so will
depend on how quickly the gift was dispatched and whether we
can intercept the delivery.
Are the baby gifts and nappy cakes
made in Australia?
Our garments themselves are
manufactured offshore, but the gifts arrangements themselves are
assembled (with love!) in Australia. Our gift stylists are second to
none!
Can I buy babycupcakes in a store?
The retail products you see on this
website are only available online. That having been said, we have a
separate wholesale range of baby gift products that we supply to over
400 stores
around Australia. Please contact us
with your location
so that we can refer you to your nearest stockist.
Can I custom order/change a
baby gift
ingredients?
Yes, of course! We are very
flexible and do not have an additional labour charge creating custom
orders. We only charge you for any additional components you wish to
add to a
gift (ie. more socks!) Please phone our retail staff on 1300 85 1309 to
discuss any special
colour combinations or additional requirements you may have. Our
friendly staff will let you know whether it can be done, and how much
it will cost!
