Babycupcakes are proud of the products we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase once we have received the gift by way of return.

The gift must be returned in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging within seven (7) days of the date of the purchase to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping or handling).

Shipping or handling charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship).

Where the item is faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.
